Who We Are
We are a construction management company as well as a general contractor. We specialize in restaurant construction, residential renovation (homes & apartments), and tenant fit outs. We offer a unique function in aiding in the progression of a project; we will work every step of the way from project concept to project completion. We have the expertise to assist in the construction and project management, architectural and design, ordering of all fixtures and furniture, and assisting in any other aspect of the project. We have been associated with some of the countries top organizations and our goal is to have our customer’s home or business construction to be a stress-free and rewarding experience.
Our History
Founded on Long Island in 2000, the company has built some of the most beautiful restaurants in the country. Gal-Dal, Inc. has been in the restaurant construction business for the past 15 years and has been doing residential work for the past 10 years. Our commercial and residential business consists of ground up construction or renovating existing structures.
Our Founder Kevin P. Galligan graduated from Farmingdale University in 1978 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and also in Management. As Owner and Operator of Gal-Gil Restaurant Contracting for almost 20 years, he has built many prestigious restaurants and taverns across the country. He has also renovated many prominent homes and condos in the New
York area.
